Dose of Perspective is a monthly subscription with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time before your next payment is processed.
You are charged €15 immediately when you join. This first payment reserves your first eligible edition of Dose of Perspective.
After that, your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar date on which you originally joined. The subscription fee is charged using the payment method connected to your subscription.
For example:
Join and pay on January 10, the February edition is dispatched around January 31.
Your next payment is collected on February 10, the March edition is dispatched around February 28.
Payments and letters continue according to this monthly schedule until you cancel.
Your individual renewal date can be viewed in Stripe’s secure customer portal.
You can cancel your subscription by selecting Cancel Subscription in the footer of our website and completing the cancellation process.
You can also access and manage your subscription through Stripe’s secure customer portal. Instructions for accessing the portal are included in the welcome email you receive after joining.
Once your cancellation has been completed, you will receive electronic confirmation. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future payments. It does not reverse a payment that has already been processed.
If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged for another edition. If payment for an edition has already been collected, you will still receive that edition according to our regular dispatch schedule. Your subscription will end afterward, and no further payments will be collected.
For example:
Cancel on February 9 before your February 10 renewal, you will not be charged again and will not receive the March edition.
Cancel on February 11 after your February 10 payment, you will still receive the March edition, dispatched around February 28, but you will not be charged again on March 10.
To prevent another payment, you must complete the cancellation process before your next payment is processed. Opening the cancellation page or beginning the process without completing the final cancellation step does not cancel your subscription.
Payments that have already been processed are not refunded solely because the subscription is subsequently cancelled.
This cancellation policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal, your rights concerning defective or undelivered goods, or any other consumer rights available under applicable law.
